Q: Do you take custom orders?

A: I no longer take commissions. I don't have the time to dedicate to them and still make regular sale items.

 

Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: I generally pack and ship orders within 1 week. Once they are dropped at the post office, shipping from there takes 2-3 days domestic. You will recieve an email with tracking information when your item ships.

 

Q: Can you hold an item for me?

A: Unfortunately, no, I cannot keep items on hold for anyone.

 

Q: Refunds and returns?

A: I do not refund, return or exchange products. If you recieve an item damaged, you can email me and I will walk you through the repair process, or you may send it back to me for repairs and I will cover shipping cost.

 

Q: How do I get one of your dragons?

A: Check the side bar menu and the home page for the "Available For Adoption" section. If there is nothing there, I don't have any in stock. You can join my Facebook group to see up to date progress pictures and find out when my next Shop update will be. The Facebook group link is on my home page towards the top, and in the side bar menu under "Around The Web".

 

Q: Can you take payments?

A: You can set up a payment plan through Shop Pay in checkout. These payments are done through the website platform, I do not manage them directly. They break up the cost into 4 monthly installments with no interest.
